Information sheet for neighbors

We are looking forward to improve the area. In order to achieve this we have to start taking practical measures individuals and families to make the neighborhood "greener".

Are we wasting more electricity than we should?
Wasting electricity is caused by leaving things on when they are not being used. This means leaving on lights when we’re not in the room, or leaving the TV on or plugged into the mains when we are not in the house. With most chargeable battery items, such as phones, gaming devices and cameras, the battery length will deteriorate if left charging for too long, leading to a shorter battery life with each use. That's why you should use the device once is fully charged and the charger removed from the socket, to stop further waste of electricity. Even leaving an entire house’s lights on when only using one room can waste five times as much energy than if you’re using all the sockets in only one room. As well as needing to be replaced three times as much as any other electric component, lights use more than twice the electricity of a normal device. To keep the same amount of light entering a room without using energy, one could try keeping the curtains open in certain rooms, to allow natural light to enter the house.

Why we should try not to waste water?Nowadays waste of water has become a huge problem. As a consequence of the use of water the neighborhood currently uses three times more water as it did five years ago. My advice  is to avoid leaving the water running while you are brushing your teeth or doing the dishes. Water isn't forever we have to take of it or face a reality without it.

Places of interest near bariloche

Bariloche  is known as one of the most beautiful cities in Argentina. It has spectacular landscapes as well as a great variety of fawa and plant life. Even though Bariloche is a splendid place to visit there are other places which are worth a day' visit.

 Villa la Angostura

Villa la Angostura also called Patagonia's Garden is a small city an hour from Bariloche surrender by Lakes, Forest and mountains is consider one of the most breathtaking Patagonia's location. It's possible to do lots of outdoor activities from skiing and snowboarding to mountain bike, hiking and fishing in the stunning rivers. It is better to visit this city in summer because there is a great variety of activities and you can enjoy the view. If you decide to be come Villa la Angostura I recommend you to take a warm jacket and binoculars just in case you're lucky and have the possibility of seeing a deer.

Villa Traful

Located on the shore of Lake Traful this town is a quiet and popular place. Woods and stone cabins scattered across the hillside. Traful is no nationality  and internationally for it's fishing wealth. January is generally the busiest month of fishing so it is recommended to come on this season. It is also possible to go hiking and horse riding and there are lodges and cabins and  good camping sites for those who prefer to live on the nature. I recommend to visit the village on the summer in order to enjoy the spectacular activities to take a jacket I case it is cold.

Proposal for programme about unusual hobbies

Introduction

The purpose of this proposal is to suggest ideas for a new proggrame about unusuales hobbies. I personally think this show will have a grate success; people of all ages will really enjoy it.

Ideas for the programme

The first programme might fous in visually interesting hobbies such as magic because it will make a good impression of the proggrame and increse the amount of viewers. The preoggrame shoul also include the opinion of the person who developed the hobby and a typical day of her/his life.

Interesting hobbies

In order to recommend you some hobbies. I will talk about the leisure activities I fancy the most. Tango is a hobby I love an is not very common nowadays in young people even though old people have a good time dancing. collecting fossils is another hobby I enjoy. For most people this is boring but I think it can be really interesting to see a big collection of them. Another weird hobby is mushroom growing, but some people enjoy it any way.

Conclusion

I suggest that the programme should have interesting hobbies, visually atractive and with the opinion of the family and friends of the ones who develop the activity.

Journal Titanic

The titanic was a British passenger liner and the largest ship aflote at that time in entered service. Even though it was concidered "unsinkable" the titanic struck an iceberg four days after its maiden voyage at 23:40, 14 April 1912. It sunk an hour an a half later resulted in the death of more than 1500 people.
Titanic recived six warnings of icebergs but was traveling near her maximum speed when her crew sighted the iceberg, the ship suffered a glancing blow that buckled her starboard side and open five of the sixteen compartments to the sea causing the ship to sink. Most of the people died of hypothermia within minutes. Carpathia arrived on the scene an hour and a half after the sinking and rescued the survivors that were about 700 people from the cold water.
In July 1986, the titanic was found, after 74 years of her sink, in an expedition led by Dr. R.D. Ballard. In 1995 director James Cameron shot footage of the sunken ship, which he used to replicante the ship for his movie "Titanic".
Personally, if I'd the misfortune of being involved in an incident as tragic as the titanic and I had the chance of saving something that y can carry with me I would probably save a necklace my mother gave me as a gift for my communion when I was ten years old. The reason I'd save it is due to the importance and the sentimental value it has to me because the necklace used to belonged to my mother.
My grandfather, who passed away almost twenty five years ago, gave it to my mother when she was twelve. I didn't have the chance to know him so the necklace is the only thing that is a way makes me feel like he is with me. And that is the reason why I'd save the necklace.
